Meet Brad From The Minneapolis St. Paul Metro Area

You’re used to being driven, productive, and focused in everything you do, day in and day out.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could be that way about your own health?
Hi, I’m Brad.
Being a health coach and helping people become their best is an honor. I specialize in designing custom, flexible, science-based health and fitness systems that work for busy, dedicated professionals.
I didn’t start out as a health coach. In fact, I’ve spent over a decade as an executive. I had a wake-up call several years ago as I watched several family members suffer through cancer, and I decided to take on health and wellness seriously for myself by becoming a health coach and personal trainer. For a full list of my credentials head over here.
I’ve spent the time to gain the knowledge and expertise, because I’ve dedicated my life to doing my best, being my best, and constantly improving. I know what I’m capable of.

I also know what you’re capable of — and I’ve got what it takes to help you get there.
I was an executive for over a decade, a CFO with a corner office, successful by many counts.
But I felt tired, stressed, overweight, and burned out. I was not healthy, and I knew it. I wanted to be better at work and at home, for myself and for my family — but I didn’t feel like I had the time or energy to fix it. And, truthfully, I didn’t know where to go or who to ask for help. I was suspicious of fad diets, celebrity workouts, and fly-by-night personal trainers who didn’t understand my world.
Then I had several close family members face cancer, and I knew my wellness was not a matter of finding time in my schedule. It was a matter of life and death for me. And I decided to do something about it.
I spent 10 years learning from top experts in nutrition, endurance, and strength training. I went from crunching numbers to crunching abs — and the transition and transformation in my life has been amazing.

What You’ll Get Out of Working With Me

The basis of my coaching platform is to develop your self-awareness so that you will learn to listen to your body’s signals and sensations. This is impossible to do with a canned program designed by someone else — which is why my system is100% personalized for YOU.
Like most health coaches, what I offer is pretty standard: training, nutrition, and lifestyle advice.
It’s how I do it that separates me. I believe a program needs to be internally governed and externally guided — in other words, a more “hands off” approach that allows for constant tweaking and modification.
Making permanent and progressive changes takes time and experimentation — what worked for you yesterday may not work for you today. As in business, you have to learn to recognize when a change is needed and be flexible enough to make that adjustment.
I focus on lasting solutions that are both safe and sustainable. Fads are short-term solutions and can be dangerous. There are no short cuts, only proven methodologies whose focal point is the feedback given by the body.
As a financial executive, I remember being obsessed with return on investment (ROI), and for good reason. Why dump a bunch of money on something that won’t give you a great return? While your results on my program will be greatly influenced by your commitment to it, I will prove to you that it is not difficult and I won’t have to be a drill sergeant in order for you to see great results. I believe that long-term growth in all areas of your life can be a reality.

Titles Are Important But Results Are Key

I have some letters behind my name, and while I’m proud of the work I put in to earn those letters, I know that it’s not the titles themselves that matter. What matters is what they contribute to what I bring to my role as a trainer and how they help me serve my clients better:
M.B.A. means that I get where you’re coming from. I value my education, and I worked hard to get where I am. I know what it means to put in long hours, and I understand the effort and dedication it takes to succeed. I also get the challenges involved in being successful and the toll it can take on the body, mind, and spirit.
C.S.C.S. — Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes. I’ve taken the time to understand body mechanics, nutrition, and injury prevention — based on rigorous scientific studies across disciplines.
R.K.C. — The Russian Kettlebell Challenge certification course is an intensive, detail oriented, physically taxing course that focuses on a unique blend of strength and endurance. It has prepared me to work with people in a wide variety of ways to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and muscle tone.
In every area of life and work, I’m continually learning, constantly looking to grow and improve. The path to whole-life wellness is different for each person, and I get that.
I consider it a privilege to coach people who are committed to working hard to be their best — and I look forward to working with you.
